The board of the Massachusetts Ambulance Association is aware that a number of member organizations were selected by CMS for the first round of mandatory cost data collection. To support impacted providers, MAA Reimbursement Chair Robin Shone and Scott Moore, Esq of the American Ambulance Association's Ambulance Cost Education faculty will be hosting a series of calls and meetings to support our members as they prepare to submit their data.

Access instructions

After registering, you will receive an email containing login instructions for the Zoom webinar. On the date of the webinar, when you click the link you will be given the choice to connect to the audio portion of the meeting via your computer speakers and mic or via telephone.


This is a live session, and it WILL NOT be recorded in order to preserve the privacy of participants and to ensure open dialogue.

Participation Requirements

These meetings and calls are open ONLY to members of the Massachusetts Ambulance Association and fire department organizations invited by the board or Chair Robin Shone. MAA member organizations and invited guests can have an unlimited number of participants in telephone and web meetings. Face-to-face meeting participation is limited to two individuals per organization, up to the capacity of the meeting.
